摘要
颞颌关节前脱位是常见病。本文介绍了４种颞颌关节前脱位治疗备选方案，即单纯手法复位、关节上腔封闭加手法复位、弹力牵引加手法复位、手术切开关节复位。推荐应用关节囊扩张封闭法，作为闭合式复位的重要辅助手段，减少复位操作的困难程度；对陈旧性关节前脱位推荐以颌间弹力牵引降低髁突的方法。
Temporomandibular joint anterior dislocations (TMJAD) are very common. Patients show up mostly with acute episode. Some cases suffered from old dislocation because failure of the initial closed reduction procedures. The author introduced four alternative strategies for managing TMJAD. Intracapsular injection is recommended as a necessary adjuvant procedure to assist reduction, reducing difficulties of the manipulation. Intermaxillary elastic traction is recommended to lower down the condyle for facilitating reduction of old TMJAD.
