摘要
用ＷＢ－１００型微波治疗机，在兔颈静脉和库存人血等组织材料进行微波热凝实验观察基础上，用微波热凝技术完成治疗口腔颌面部不同类型血管瘤９３例。其中７８例经１～４次微波导入获痊愈。１３例配合了药物局部注射，２例配合了手术切除。所治病例无严重并发症。临床应用结果提示：采用微波热凝治疗血管瘤，具有时间短、见效快、创伤小、疗效好等优点。
On the basis of experiment observation of microwave tissue coagulation (MTC) used in the rabbit's jugular vein and reserved human blood experiment, 93 patients with various types of hemangioma in the oral and maxillofacial regions were treated with a WB 100 microwave tissue coagulator from March 1994 to June 1995. 93 cases of hemangioma were cured except 2 giant hemangioma which were still under the treatment. Of them, 74 were cured by MTC 1￣4 times, 13 by local injection of drugs and 2 by cutting besides MTC. Severe complications did not occur in all the patients treated. The results of clinical application showed that MTC used in hemangioma therapy was of short time, rapidly becoming effective, mild trauma and good curative effects.
