苜蓿切叶蜂、金小蜂体内共生菌沃尔巴克氏体测定与分析 被引量:3

Detection and analysis of Wolbachia endosymbiont in Megachile rotundata (F.) and Pteromalus venustus

摘要 沃尔巴克氏体(Wolbachia)是广泛分布于节肢动物体内的一类共生菌,它们参与调控其寄主多种生殖活动的机制。本研究利用PCR方法对wsp基因的特异性扩增和测序,证实了Wolbachia在金小蜂体内的共生。并利用所测序列和其他已发表的序列建立系统树,为研究寄主与拟寄生物间的水平传播机制奠定了基础。 Wolbachia is a kind of symbioant bacteria commonly habiting in arthropod bodies, these bacteria participate in manipulating various reproducing mechanisms of their hosts. In this study, the presence of Wolbachia in Pteromalus venustus was detected based on amplification and sequencing the fragments of the wsp gene by PCR. Kinship relative tree was drawn by aligning the amplified fragment sequence with the published sequences, and the study provided the basis for further researching on horizontal transmission mechanism between host insects and parasitoids.
