摘要
本文探讨了中药复方脂血康煎剂对46例高脂血症患者血浆脂蛋白、载脂蛋白(apo)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)亚组分的水平及颗粒直径的影响。发现给药8周后患者血浆甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)及apo B的水平较用药前显著降低,而HDL及其主要亚组分HDL_2和apo A-I的含量显著升高,HDL_2组分中直径较小的HDL_2a比例增加。说明脂血康煎剂能够有效地纠正高脂血症患者脂质代谢紊乱,改善血浆脂蛋白的化学组成和物理性状,预防动脉粥样硬化的发生和发展。
This article studied Zhixuekang Decoction' s effect on plasma lipoprotein, apolipoprotein (apo) , high-density lipoprotein (HDL), and the contents and granule diameter of HDL' s subcon-stitution of 46 cases of hyperlipemia. The authors founded that: after eight weeks treatment the contents of triglyceride (TG),total cholesterol (TO,density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDLC) and apo B decreased more obviously, but the centent of HDL and its main substitution (HDL2 and apo A-I) increased obviously, and the proportion of mailer diameter HDL2, in HDL2 increased. The results showed that Zhixuekang decoction might control lipid metabolism disturbance of hyperlipemia , and improve the chemical composition and physical property of plasma lipoprotein and prevent the coourence and eterroration.
