摘要
用大白鼠胚胎软骨移植于成体的大白鼠体内,对移植后的移植物每周进行超微结构的观察,共12周。结果表明:同种胚胎软骨移植后,移植物未被吸收且能维持活力,并保持原有结构和功能。
This article has studied the cartilage implantation of the homologous embryonal in the rat. cartilage of implantation were investigated by ultrastructural method at different time.The re- suits show that cartilage of grafts in the homologous embryonal may maintain the vitality and function of tissue and structure without being absorbed.
