摘要
应用家兔失血性休克模型,观察高渗盐/右旋糖肝液(HSD)、高渗盐/甘露醇液(HSM)及高渗醋酸盐/甘露醇(NAM)对其血气、酸碱平衡的影响。结果表明:HSD和HSM组在治疗后60min动脉血pH,BE-B,HCO进一步下降,醚中毒加重,而HAM组血pH,BE-B,HCO升高,与失血前差异无显著性(P>0.05)。表明HAM治疗能减轻失血性休克所致酸中毒,在稳定失血性休克兔内环境方面起重要作用。
ighteen adult heaIthy male rabbits were hemorrhaged to shock and treated with hypertonic-hyperoncotic solutions in 3 groups(6/group):hypertonic saline/dextran(HSD),hypertonicsaline/mannitol(HSM),and hypertonic acetate/mannitol(HAM).The results indicated:HSDand HSM can further decrease the pH,BE-B,HCO of the artery blood and increase acidosis ofhemorrhagicshock in 60 mins after infusion of them. HAM increases the blood pH,BE-B,HCO to the level of rabbits before hemorrhagic shock,which shows that HAM can treat theacidosis and blood gas change of hemorrhagic shock rabbits and plays an important role in stabi-lizing the inner erivironment of hemorrhagic rabbits.
