摘要
本文分析了固定变化的自动生产机械的特点,利用较少的中间元件,减少区分中间元件的动作次数,利用逻辑分析法,建立布尔代数模型,比较方便和可靠地解决这类生产机械的控制程序设计。用这个方法设计的控制程序,很容易用可编程序控制器(PLC)的指令编程运行,也能方便地用继电器、接触器予以实现。
This composition analyses the characteristics of auto - product machine in fixed change, utilizing lesser center instrument to reduce the number of motion times. It can also distinguish the center instrument and then set boolean algebra model by logical analisis. So that, it can be convenient and relizble to solve the design of program control such as this kind of machine. We can easily utilize the orders of PLC to write programs and run it, and also make it by relay and contact instrument in this way of designing to relize cantrol - program.
