摘要
本文报道用二阶导数光谱法可以分别测定苯海拉明麻黄碱滴鼻液中盐酸苯海拉明和盐酸麻黄碱的含量。实验结果证明：本法简便、正确、重现性好。
his paper reportes determination of diphenhydramine hydrochloride and ephedrine hydrochloride in nasaldrops was carried out by second derivative spectrophotometry. The results showed that the method was simple,ac-curate and reproducible.
