摘要
从国际比较视野出发,探讨了中国高等教育发展几个无法回避的问题。文章认为,中国高等教育需求的多样化决定了高等教育变革的多样化。目前,制约高等教育发展的力量正在发生改变,其趋势是减少政府权力,扩大市场权力,规范学术权力。任何一种权力模式都无法解决高等教育发展中的所有问题。
Based on the international comparison, the paper analyzes some unavoidable problems in the development of Chinese higher education. Results indicate that diversified demands for higher education require diversified reforms of higher education. The balance of controlling Chinese higher education has been changed, and the tendency is to reduce government power, enlarge market power and regulate academic power. Any mode alone can＇t solve all the problems in Chinese higher education.
