摘要
高等教育成本理论为大学的发展发挥了重大推动作用,但因研究方法的缺陷而未能发现大学成本的膨胀形态,形成合理的学费政策。这在客观上推动了大学教育成本、收费标准的急剧暴涨。因此,需要创新教育成本的研究方法,重构高等教育分担政策。
The cost theory of higher education issignificant for university development, but because of defects in a system of research method, it couldn＇t expose the third state, cause the charging policy. The university cost, tuition fee rise suddenly and sharply, therefore, it must be changed as cost policy of Higher Education.
