摘要
目的观察蒺藜总皂苷改善小鼠微循环障碍的作用。方法采用静脉注射高分子右旋糖苷致小鼠微循环障碍模型,小鼠ig蒺藜总皂苷,观察其改善作用。结果蒺藜总皂苷1202、40、480mg.kg-13个剂量组和盐酸地尔硫卓艹(50mg.kg-1)组各时相的血液流态权分值不同程度显著减小(P<0.01,P<0.05),表示血液流速显著加快。蒺藜总皂苷480mg.kg-1时,红细胞聚集性显著减小(P<0.05)。结论蒺藜总皂苷具有改善高分子右旋糖苷引起小鼠微循环障碍的作用。
OBJECTIVE To observe the improvement of retards of mice microcirculation by Frucius tribuli totol soponin( FTIS). METHODS Vein injection of high molecular dextran(HMD) was given to rein injection to rise mice model of disorder of microcirculation. Improvement was observed after Fructus tribuli total saponin was given. RESULTS After treatment of Fructus tribuli total saponin by three doses of 120 ,240, 480 mg. kg^-1 and Tianerxin ( 50 mg. kg^-1 ), respectively, weighed value of blood flow status at each time point reduced diffe ( P 〈0.01, P 〈 0.05 ), which indicated the acceleration of blood flow. In the case of Frucius tribuli total saponin of 480 mg. kg^-1, agglomer ation of red blood cells significantly reduced. CONCLUSION Frucius Tribuli total saponin improves microcirculation of mice.
