摘要
自从南京大学商学院院长赵曙明教授与中欧国际工商管理学院执行院长刘吉、北京大学光华管理学院副院长经济学教授张维迎等人在澳门一起获得“中国商学院领导奖“之后,一种据说是赵曙明教授的理论即“吃苦是核心竞争力”被各种媒体热炒。然而,从“核心竞争力”理论的变迁出发,我们发现“核心竞争力”具有它自己本质性的特性、内函与表现方式,以此为依据来判断“吃苦”就会发现“吃苦”根本就不是“核心竞争力”,充其量只是一个很小的影响因子而已。
Since Professor Zhao ShuMing0 the president of Business Administration School of Nanjing University, the vice president, Liu Ji, of China - Europe International Business Administration School, and Professor Zhang Weiying, the vice president of Guanghua Business Administration School of Beijing University obtained“Leading award of Chinese business schools”together in Macao, a so- called Zhao Shuming's theory “Bearing hardships is core competence” has become popular,and which has been propagandized hotly by various kinds of medias. However, proceeding from changes of “core competenc” theories, we found that the “core competence” had its' own characteristics, intensions and manifesta- tions. Judged by these factors, we discovered that“beating hardships”is not “key competitiveness”at all, and it is only a very small influencing factor at most.
