摘要
目的观察玻璃体切除及眼内注药联合治疗化脓性眼内炎的疗效。方法回顾分析11例(11眼)确诊化脓性眼内炎患者予以玻璃体腔内注药再行玻璃体切除的治疗效果。结果11例中有8例治愈,视力均有不同程度提高,3眼治疗无效。结论玻璃体切除联合玻璃体腔内注药是目前治疗眼内炎最理想的方法。
Objective To study the effect of vitrectomy combine intraoeular drag injection in the treatment of suppurative endophthalmitis. Methods 11 cases （11 eyes） which finally diagnosis were suppurative endophthalmitis were carried vitrectomy combine intraoeular drug injection, and studied the therapeutic efficacy. Results The postoperative visual acuities increased in 8 eyes. 3 eyes was removed. Conclusions Vitrectomy combine intmoeular drug injection is the best treatment to treat suppurative endophthalmitis.
