摘要
目的:探讨钙离子通道拮抗剂在早产治疗中的作用及效果.方法:选择2001年1月～2004年6月的早产及先兆早产孕妇,采用钙离子通道拮抗剂(心痛定)治疗35例作为观察组,采用硫酸镁治疗42例作为对照组,对比两组的疗效和副反应.结果:观察组保胎成功率为74.29%,对照组为71.43%,两组对比无显著性差异(P＞0.05).观察组发生副反应6例,对照组发生15例,两组对比有显著性差异(P＜0.05).结论:心痛定治疗早产的疗效与硫酸镁相近,但副反应少,对孕产妇及新生儿无不良影响,可作为治疗早产的常用药物.
Objective： To investigate the effect of calcium entry blocker on the management of preterm labor. Methods： 77 cases of preterm labor and threatened abortion from January 2001 to June 2004 were analyzed retrospectively . The therapy effect and side effect were observed between the study group using nifedipine orally （n = 35 ） and the control group using bitter salt （n = 42）. Results： There were no significant differences between the two groups in success rate , which was 74.29% （26/35） and 71.43% （30/42） respectively （P 〉0.05）. Other side effect of oral nifedipine were less then bitter salt , which was 17. 14% （6/35） and 35. 17% （15/42） respectively （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： Nifedipine is safe and effective in the management of preterm labor . So it＇s a good tocolytic agent .
