摘要
“差异化”是一种重要的竞争战略。在传统的Hotelling模型的基础上,提出了一个既包含水平差异、又包含垂直差异的竞争模型,并用博弈论的方法分别给出了在两种不同差异条件下的市场均衡点。并据此来分析两种不同的差异对企业的影响,从而给出企业在市场中应采取的竞争战略。
Differentiation is an important competitive strategy. On the basis of traditional HoteUing model, a new model is built including both horizontal and vertical differences. Under the condition of the two differences, fire Nash ecfailibriums are given through the method of game theory, and thus used to analyze the impact on enterprises. It offers the competitive strategy for the relevant enterprises.
