摘要
对圆形孔烧结页岩煤矸石多孔砖砌体的受压性能进行了试验研究。圆形孔烧结多孔砖砌体的受压破坏过程及形态与普通实心标准砖砌体类似,但呈现出更明显的脆性破坏特征,其抗压强度高于现行规范值。分析了4种强度等级的砖与5种强度等级的砂浆配砌的20组(80个)砌体抗压试件的试验结果。提出了抗压强度平均值的建议公式,并与矩形条孔多孔砖砌体的试验结果以及现行规范的抗压强度指标作了对比。
Through the experimental study on compression behavior of fired shale-gangue perforated brick with circular holes masonry, 4 kinds of bricks and 5 kinds of mortar total 80 masonries' experiment results of compression strength are analyzed. The experiment results indicate that the damage process and form of fired shale-gangue perforated brick with circular holes masonry are similar with those of the popular solid standard bricks, while the former shows more brittle failure characters. A formula of mean value of compression strength is proposed. The calculation parameters of compression strength are compared with experiment results of fired shale brick with rectangular holes masonry and the newest masonry structure design code.
