摘要
目前医德医风建设存在的问题:没有形成完整的理论体系;缺少统一的方法规程;具体效果不明显。对策:以动态的观点部署医德医风建设工作;突出社会主义医德基本原则的教育;树立打“持久战”的思想;从规范管理过渡到法治,从无序走向有序。
In view of the current situation of construction of medical ethics and work style, i. e. , absence of a well -founded complete theoretical system, and shortage of unified methods and regulations, the article proposes : approaches to the question of medical ethics and work style from dynamic and complex perspective; greater emphasis on persistent education about the importance of basic principles of socialist medical ethics and transition from standardized management to management by legal means.
