摘要
目的探讨多功能手术解剖器(PMOD)在胃癌淋巴清扫中的应用价值。方法回顾性总结了一年中使用PMOD施行胃癌根治术52例,分析术中淋巴结清扫数、出血状况及手术时间。结果52例病人平均手术时间为2小时15分,平均术中失血量为400 mL。共清扫302枚淋巴结,其中癌转移淋巴结187枚,包括(13)组阳性淋巴结19枚,(16)组阳性淋巴结16枚。除2例术后并发腹水治愈外,无其他并发症发生。结论多功能手术解剖器(PMOD)对胃癌淋巴清扫能发挥特殊作用。
Objective To investigate the value of Peng＇s multifunctional operative dissector （PMOD） in the lymph node dissection of gastric cancer. Methods The numbers of lymph nodes and hemorrhage and operation time were analyzed from 52 patients who underwent radical gastrectomy with Peng＇s multifunctional operative dissector with in a year. Results The average operative time of the total 52 patients was two hours and a quarter. The average loss of blood was 400 mL. 302 lymph nodes were dissected and 187 metastasis lymph nodes were found. Including 13th group lymph nodes were 19, and 16th group lymph nodes were 16. There were not complications occurred except 2 patients concurred ascites who were cured. Conclusion Peng＇s multifunctional operative dissector play an important role in the lymph node dissection of gastric cancer.
