摘要
学术权力和行政权力是大学权力结构中的两大核心权力,它们二者之间的关系如何,直接影响到我国大学系统的运行状况。本文从提高对我国大学内部权力关系的认识,改革我国大学的行政体制、内部领导体制、内部管理体制,加强我国大学内部权力主体的队伍建设等几个方面展开分析,提出了改善我国大学内部学术权力与行政权力关系的思路与对策。
Both Academic power and administrative power is the two key power in university power structure. How to their concern, direct influence the university systematic operation condition of our country. This paper analysed emphatically improving cognition of the university internal power, reforming administrative system of university, internal leading system, internal management system and reinforcing construction of university internal power etc. , then gived the basic way of thinking that improves the university internal power relation of our country.
