摘要
目的评价高压氧和神经妥乐平联合应用对2型糖尿病痛性神经病变的疗效。方法41 例2型糖尿病痛性神经病变患者,随机分组对照研究,对照组20例,只以神经妥乐平治疗,治疗组21 例,给予高压氧与神经妥乐平联合治疗,共8周。结果治疗组的总有效率与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.01),神经传导速度改善的有效率也有明显的提高(P<0.01)。结论高压氧和神经妥乐平联合应用可明显改善2型糖尿病痛性神经病变的治疗效果。
Objective To probe the curative effect of high pressure oxygen uniting with neurotropin in treating painful neuropathy of type 2 diabetes. Methods 41 cases of patients with type 2 diabetes complicating painful neuropathy were divided into two groups, the control （20 cases） and the treatment group （21 cases）. Patients in the control group only took neurotropin, and in the treatment group patients receive high pressure oxygen uniting with neurotropin for eight weeks. Results There was significant difference in total effective rate between two groups （P 〈 0. 01）. The conduction velocity of nerve was raised in the treatment group （P 〈 0. 01）. Conclusions High pressure oxygen uniting with neurotropin can obviously improve the curative effect of painful neuropathy of type 2 diabetes.
