摘要
要准确地把握构建和谐社会的概念,应该首先搞清楚几个有关的理论问题。一是和谐社会理论和科学发展观的关系;二是“构建和谐社会”与全面建设小康社会的关系;三是“构建和谐社会”与“三大文明”的关系。
