摘要
“国力论”就是“建设规模要和国力相适应”。“国力论”是对“国情论”的丰富、深化和进一步发展。考察陈云“国力论”的科学内涵,揭示陈云“国力论”与邓小平“发展才是硬道理”的内在逻辑性及该思想的理论精髓与经济学涵义应是中国经济学研究的重要内容。
“National Competence Theory”richens and develcps“National Situation Theory”and is regarded as “construction scale should accord with national competence”.on commemorationg the 100 anniversaries of Chen yun＇s birthday,it is the important content of Chin＇s economic development to examine scientific connotation of “National Competence Theory”and to reveal inherent logic between Chne Yun＇s“National Competence Theory”and Deng Xiaoping＇s theory that“only development is very important”.
