摘要
塔河油田Φ177.8套管双级固井裸眼封固段长,固井存在漏失,下部井段井径极不规则、顶替效率低,造成第一级固井质量不理想。通过合理安放分级箍位置、强化下套管技术措施、使用复合前置液、优选水泥浆体系等一系列措施,在一定程度上解决了塔河油田Φ177.8套管双级固井存在的问题,对延长油气井寿命起到良好的作用。
During 177. 8mm casing two - stage cementing operation in Tahe oilfield, there are some problems, such as longer open hole section, mud loss, irregular borehole diameter in lower well section and low displacement rate, made the first stage cementing quality poor. In order to solve these problems, a series of measures including rationally putting stage collar, strengthening casing running technique, using combined ahead fluid, optimum cement slurry etc. are adopted. Through field application, good results are obtained.
