摘要
市场经济条件下,企业经营是以资本运营为主的多种方式进行的经济活动,在运营过程中会出现合并、兼并、租赁、破产等现象,企业的资产评估就势在必行,尤其是在企业进行股份制改造的情况下,要对企业内土地不动资产进行全面的评价,由于企业内部基础设施建设时间不统一,资料不完整,加上多年的维修改造,因此给企业的资产评估造成一定的困难,本文结合具体项目,提出了用现代数字化测图技术进行土地内不动资产评估的程序和方法。
In condition of market economy, enterprise management is a kind of economic activity which gives priority to capital management and runs in many ways. In its running course, the phenomenon, such as amalgamating, annexing, leasing, bankrupting etc. might be occurred. And the evaluation of assets for enterprises is imperative, especially during the enterprises carry on shareholding system transform. When land regular assets in the enterprises are overall evaluated, because of different infrastructure construction time and incomplete materials as well as many years＇ maintenance transform or renew, these factors could cause certain difficulties to assets evaluation. In this paper, the author, in view of a case project, proposed a procedure and a method with modem digitization Figure technology for such evaluation mentioned above.
