摘要
葫芦科一宿根草质藤本括楼(TrichosanthesKirilowii Maxim)根(称天花粉)中提取的天花粉蛋白,在动物实验和临床应用中都已显示有效的引产作用。为了提高天花粉蛋白制剂的引产效果和降低副反应,对它的化学组分的改造方面,曾经过三个阶段。最初用的是粗制的“注射用天花粉”,蛋白含量仅有40~50%,糖含量10%以上。
The effects of two preparations of trichosantbin(TCS)-crystalline TCS and refinedTCS, and Tian Hua Fen polysaccharide (TRFPS) on human choriocarcinoma cell line(Jar cell) were studied. Crystalline TCS axerts a more potent anti-proliferative activitytowards Jar cells than that of refined TCS and TRFPS, as determined by the totalprotein assay of surviyal cells after incubation with the agents for 48 hours. ID^(50) is3. 3μg/ml for crystalline TCS, 16. 0μg/ml for refined TCS and 70. 0μg/ml for TRFPS-The protein contents of surviving Jar cells simultaneously exposed to crystalline TCScombined with THFPS was also assessed. No antagonistic nor synergistic effect wasdemonstrable for this combination. In this study, it appears that TRFFS does not havea role in the cytotoxic effect of TDS.
