摘要
在离子镀ＴｉＮ镀层表面电沉积Ａｕ镀层，经２８０～４００℃，０．５～２ｈ的扩散处理，可得到表层富集Ａｕ，底层富集ＴｉＮ的Ａｕ－ＴｉＮ复合镀层。该镀层既有１８～２４Ｋ真金镀层的色泽，又有ＴｉＮ镀层的耐磨性。
By deposition of Au coating on the surface of ion-plated TiN coating and diffusion treating at 280-400℃0.5-2h, a Au-TiN composite coating with rich Au on top and rich TiN in sublayers can be obtained. The composite coating has the colour of 18-24K gold coating and has the wear-resistance of TiN coating.
