摘要
荆豆凝集素(UEAI)对α-L-岩藻糖的糖链具有特殊的结合力。根据Holthofer等报告,UEAI对人体各种组织的血管内皮细胞有特殊的结合力。Little等报告UEAI对各种脉管性肿瘤包括低分化的血管肉瘤和Kaposi’s肉瘤以及淋巴管瘤皆标记阳性。血管性恶性肿瘤的诊断与鉴别诊断在病理学上仍是一个比较困难的问题,例如血管内皮肉瘤的诊断常易与滑膜肉瘤、间皮肉瘤。
UEA 1 binding was detected by ABC immunohistochemical method in 20 cases ofangiogenoua tumora and 230 cases of nonvasoular neoplasms. The positive rate in 20cases of angiogenoua tumors was 95%, 230 cases of nonvascular neoplasms, 6.0%.According to Chi-square test, UEA 1,labelled cases in angiogenous tumore were signi-ficantly more than that of the nonvascular neoplasms(X^2 = 126. 9,P<0. 01). The resultsindicate that UEA 1. lectin is a specific and sensitive probe in demonstrating humanangiogenous tumors.
