摘要
目前齿轮副侧隙的计算仍使用材料平均热膨胀系数,造成较大误差。本文采用材料微分热膨胀系数进行计算,并将其同传统算法比较,结果表明采用材料平均热膨胀系数计算造成的齿轮副侧隙误差不容忽视。
The value of gear backlash is calculated by material average coefficient of thermal expansion and is not accurate. Compared with traditional arithmetic, it is calculated by differential coefficient of thermal expansion. The result shows that the error of gear backlash caused by using material average coefficient of thermal expansion could not be neglected.
