摘要
采用结构化程序和规范化数据库技术开发了模具材料计算机辅助选择系统。该系统由初始信息输入模块、材料推荐检索模块、数据库管理等模块组成。系统的数据库分为6个规则库和1个实例库,规则库是规则推理的基础,实例库存放模具材料的技术参数。系统采用规则推理方法进行推理,提出了合理的模具选材建议。
The computer-aided selection system for die material is developed by structured program and standard database technology. The system is composed of initial information input module, material recommendation module and database administration module. The database of computer-aided selection system is divided into 6 rule bases and 1 case base. The rule base is the foundation of rule-based reasoning, while the material parameters of the die are stored in the ease base. The system puts forward the rational suggestion for the selection of suitable die material.
