摘要
目的探讨颌骨骨折合并颅脑损伤的诊治程序和要点。方法回顾分析总结100例颌骨骨折合并颅脑损伤诊疗经验与教训。结果8例颌骨骨折合并急重型颅脑损伤抢救无效死亡。10例休克发生和加重,56例骨折愈合和治愈,14例面部有畸形,22例咬颌紊乱。结论颌骨骨折合并颅脑损伤的病例,首先保证争取处理危急病人生命的症状,待生命体征平稳后,尽量争取时间尽早治疗颌骨骨折及行清创术,才能减少死亡和口腔面部组织器官的损伤及畸形的发生。
Objective： To investigate the diagnosis and treatment of jaw fracture combined with craniocerebral injury. Methods： Clinical experience and lesson of 100 cases of jaw fracture combined with craniocerebral injury were retrospectively analysed and summarized. Results： 8 cases of jaw fracture combined with severe craniocerebral injury were dead; serious shock（10 cases） ; union and curing of fracture（56 cases） ; facial malformation（ 14 cases） ; occluding derangement（22 cases）. Conclusion： For the patients with jaw fracture combined with craniocerebral injury, at first, it is rather important to save their lives, and then treat or perform operations on them as soon as possible, thus increasing cure rate and reducing death rate and the incidence rate of injury and malformation of oral and facial tissue and organs.
