摘要
对圆柱齿轮传动进行优化设计时,首先要建立其数学模型。本论文主要介绍作者在运用“约束变尺度法”对圆柱齿轮进行优化设计时,所采用的优化数学模型。由于圆柱齿轮设计的影响因素较多,文中共设计了64个控制信息来描述圆柱齿轮设计的初始条件。这几十个控制信息保证了圆柱齿轮设计的质量和准确性。
This paper deals with the mathe-model of the circular gear's optimization design which used constrained variable metric method (CVMM). Because of the factor of circular gear's design, 64 informations were involved. These informations guaranteed the quality and accuracy of circular gear's design.
