摘要
用失重法、动电位扫描法和交流阻抗法研究了X70钢在(NH4)2CO3溶液中的腐蚀及缓蚀行为,并对腐蚀机理做了探讨。结果显示:X70钢在(NH4)2CO3溶液中的腐蚀为阳极过程控制,在0.05mol/L(NH4)2CO3溶液中加入80mg/L苯并三氮唑时,缓蚀率达最大值91.5%。
The behaviors of corrosion and inhibition of X70 steel in (NH4)2CO3 solutions were studied by weight loss method, linear potential sweep and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy(EIS). The corrosion mechanism was also discussed. The corrosion of X70 steel in (NH4)2CO3 solutions was controlled by the anode process. The inhibition effidency reached the max value of 91.5% with 80 mg/L benztotriazole in 0. 05mol/L (NH4)2 CO3 solution.
