摘要
文章介绍了一种新型导叶涡壳组合式双级泵的结构及工作原理,该泵在高速运转时,导叶、涡壳组合式双级泵液体具有稳定的相对运动,从叶轮流出来的高速液体的动能迅速转换为压能,消除液体的速度环量,减小径向力。在泵吸入口增设消旋器,解决了泵在高转速下容易产生汽蚀等问题,又起支撑轴的作用,泵运转平稳、可靠、寿命长。论述了泵的设计方法,并给出了泵的性能试验结果;泵的效率比国家标准规定效率提高8%,泵汽蚀余量比国家标准规定值低0.7m。最后总结了泵的优点,该泵的研究是成功的,而且质量减轻30%以上。
The structure and the working theory of a new type of double-stage pump combined with diffuser and volute are introduced, which runs more steadily at high speed. With this structure, the kinetic energy of the flow out of the tunnel of impellers is translated to pressure energy, the velocity circulation is eliminated, and the radial force is reduced. In the pump inlet, the vortex-diminished was inset. It can resolve the problem of capitation at high speed, support the bear of the pump, and improve the hydraulic performance of the pump. The design method of the pump was discussed, the test results of performance were given, and the advantages of the pump were summarized. The test data show that the design is successful with 8% higher efficiency than the design requirements, and the value of the pump cavitations is 0. 7 m lower than that of the national standard. Moreover, the total weight of the newly-designed pump was reduced by 30%.
