谈顾客满意管理在物资供应部门的开展

摘要 顾客满意管理是现代市场经济条件下最重要的管理方式之一,是现代市场竞争环境和信息时代组织管理模式的优化。文中对顾客满意管理的特征进行了分析,指出了影响物资供应部门顾客满意度的指标体系,同时对顾客满意管理在物资供应部门的开展进行了探讨。 Customer satisfying management is one of the most important supervisor modes under the condition of modem market economy, and it is the optimization of modem market competition environment and infomation times. The index system that influences the customer satisfaction degree in purchasing departments is proposed based on the analysis of the characteristics of customer satisfying management, and the development of customer satisfying management in purchasing departments is discussed.
