摘要
桧桕为柏科桧柏属植物,乔木、耐寒,为常绿针叶树。可作绿篱和行列树,是观赏和用材树种。桧桕和山楂种子相类似,也被列为'2年种子',属种皮无透性而胚又有休眠类型的种子。在北京地区,种子育苗常用下列两种方法:4—5月份种子收获后,立即进行湿砂层积,直到第2年春天萌发,种子收获后,当年秋天层积,经两冬一夏即第3年春天萌发。两种方法都需经较长的层积时间,费工费时。
Apart from their peel's unpenetrability,seeds of lacquertree also have embryo dormant period.These fators prevent seed germination.Seeds can be solved by sulphuric acid treatment 15 minutes.This resulted in crackles on seed coats.They are stratified over winter(about 4 months).The seeds without such treatmeat did not germinate.
