摘要
一、前言磁场对生物的影响,已经逐步得到认识,并正在深入进行研究,在医学等领域内,已开始实践性的应用,在农业科学领域冈,磁场对有机体的生物学影响和增产效应,正待进一步探索。近年来,在土壤磁性及其影响,磁性肥料的应用以及磁场处理种子等方面都累积了一些资料,表明对磁性的了解及应用在农业实践上具有广阔的开发前景,国外已有专门的磁场处理种子的仪器——种子促活机投放市场,国内的研究证明磁场或磁化水处理水稻、小麦、黑麦、玉米、大豆、蚕豆、油菜等种子,都有明显的生物效应,但现有的资料报导的种子处理方法均属同一种类型。
Seeds of Oryza sativa,Astragalus sinicus and Capsicum annuum were used for magntiesm treatment,some methods were found to be effective for promoting ger- mination and seedling growth,the most effective treatments were as follows:Oryza sativa—3000GS,Smin for highmoisture content seed,fresh seed of Astragalus sinicus—5000GS,10min,remained 72hr after treatment,then were set to germinate (for decreasing hard seeds);and 5000GS,3min.,remained 72hr (for increasing) seedling length),aged seed of Astragalus sinicus—5000GS,3min.,and Capsicum annuun—3000,5000GS,5min.KNO_3—magnetism treatment and 3000Gs,3min.mois- ture treatment. It was found that the new methods we applied were far more superior than normal method.
