摘要
武汉市轨道交通一号线车辆在国内首次采用了全焊接铝合金型材结构的车体。文章介绍了其设计过程、计算机模拟计算、样车生产和测试,结果表明该车体设计满足技术条件,很成功。
The full welded aluminum-alloy car body was adopted firstly for the vehicle of the Wuhan Rail Transit Line 1. It was successfully designed via simulating by computer, type ear body manufacturing and testing. The results show that the ear body design satisfies the technology requirements and is successful.
