摘要 目的探讨高氧液静脉给药对肺心病患者心肺脑复苏成功率及预后的作用;方法采用高氧液静脉给药对26例心跳呼吸停止进行心肺脑复苏治疗的患者(观察组),与既往无高氧液静脉给药的35例心跳呼吸停止进行心肺脑复苏治疗的患者(对照组)进行复苏成功率及预后比较;结果观察组Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级复苏成功后生存11例,正常生活自理5例;对照组Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级复苏成功后生存4例,正常生活自理2例。两组Ⅲ级和Ⅳ级复苏成功率比较,观察组成功率较对照组高(P<0.01)。结论高氧液能提高心跳呼吸停止患者的心肺脑复苏成功率,可提高Ⅲ、Ⅳ级复苏的生存率。 Objective To study the effect of hyperoxia liquid in the cardio-pulmonary-cerebral resuscitation. Methods 61 class these stopped to breathe were given cardio-pulmonary-cerebral resuscitation. 26 cases these were given hyperoxia liquid in vain was treatment group. 35 cases those weren't given these treatment was control group. The success rate of resuscitation and prognosis were compared. Results 11 cases of Grade Ⅲ , Ⅳ resuscitation survived after treatment in treatment group and 5 cases can take cane of themselves, while 4 cases survived in control group and 2 cases can take care of themselves. Two groups resuscitated success rate of Group Ⅲ , Ⅳ resuscitation were compared success rate in treatment group was higher than control group ( P〈0.01), Conclusion Hyperoxia liquid can improve the success rate of cardio-pulmonary-cerebral resuscitation and improve the survival rate of Group Ⅲ , Ⅳ resuscitation.
