摘要
可持续发展已经超越单纯的经济领域,变为一项复杂的社会系统工程。为此需要动员和统合社会各方面的力量,建立和完善可持续发展的社会支持系统,其中包括创设绿色经济制度,完善决策支持系统与宏观政策调控系统,强化法律的奖惩力度,鼓励科技创新与应用,提升环境价值理念等。
Sustainable development has transcended the pure economic field and become a complicated social project. Therefore, it is necessary to mobilize and unite all social forces to establish and make social supporting system of sustainable development, including the green economic institution, the decision supporting system and the control function of macroeconomic policy, the rewards and penalties of the law, the innovation and practice of science and technology, the value belief of environment.
