摘要
本文研究了8个玉米自交系在6℃、8℃、11℃和28℃黑暗条件下的发芽率和发芽指数,在此基础上,求出了各自交系的发芽临界温度。结果表明,不同玉米自交系低温下的发芽能力有显著差异;发芽临界温度可以对苗期耐冷性作出可靠估计。
The percentage germination and germination index of seeds at 6℃,8℃,11℃ and 28℃,and the minimum critical temperature for seed germination were stutied in eight maize inbreds.The results showed that significant difference existed am- ong eight maize inbreds in their germination ability at low temperatures,that the minimum critical temperature for seed germination dependably estimated seedling cold tolerance in the field.
