室内甲醛吸附-反应-降解复合纳米材料的制备与应用 被引量:4

摘要 复合纳米功能材料由纳米水合二氧化钛、纳米锐钛矿型二氧化钛、无机抗菌剂、助剂等组成,这种材料对空气中微量甲醛气体具有吸附-消除-降解的性能,放于小范围空间达到长期净化空气的目的。于是,在含100 g氢氧化钠3300 mL水中加入0.75 mol/L四氯化钛水溶液250 mL,形成胶体。之后,加入无机杀菌剂、活性炭、水和纳米二氧化钛胶体、助剂,静置,过滤,烘干,过筛,得到一种复合纳米功能材料。将其加工成一种装饰品(如中国结),9 h以后可使实验箱中甲醛的起始浓度由0.5 mg/m3降低到0.08 mg/m3。 The composite nanometer material is compounded with hydrated nano-titanium dioxide, nanosized anatise-TiO2 (5 -8 nm) ,inorganic anti-microbial agent and additive. The material can be used to absorb, eliminate and decompose the existed indoor formaldehyde. The effect of purifying the air within small space can last a long period. Add 250 mL 0.75 mol/L TiCl4 aqueous solution into 3300 mL aqueous solution which contains 100 g NaOH , after the colloid formation, add the inorganic anti-microbial agent, active carbon, hydrated nano-titanium dioxide and the additive, the composite nano-function material can be obtained through the process of precipitating, filtering, drying and screening. The material can be processed into ornaments such as China-Jie, testing it in the experimental box, the formaldehyde can be reduced from initial 0.5 mg/m^3 to 0.08 mg/m^3 after 9 h.
