摘要
目的通过参加美国病理学家协会(CAP)能力验证(PT),评价各指标分析性能特征,确定我室检测能力和对分析质量进行持续监控,为质量改进提供依据。方法将CAP发放的样品于10个工作日内按常规样品进行分析,报告结果给CAP的PT调查部。用MicrosoftExcel软件分别统计17个项目6次成绩。结果35%的项目各次PT成绩均为100%,35%的项目仅有1次PT成绩不为100%;不同项目检测结果与靶值的偏差不同。结论通过参加CAP能力比对调查,可以比较本实验室与同类实验室结果的一致性,结合室内质控,更好保证和改进实验室内部分析质量。
Objective To evaluate the performance character of all the items through taking part in College of American Pathologists （CAP） proficiency testing （PT）, ascertain the measure ability of our laboratory, then control the work quality continuously and provide the basis for quality improvement. Methods The samples provided by CAP as the common specimen were measured in 10 work days, then these results were returned to CAP PT department. Results Every PT result of 35% items was excellent, and only one result was not excellent in 35% items. The bias of different items from target value was not the same. Conclusions We could compare the results of our laboratory and others through CAP PT, then assure and improve the analysis quality better together with internal quality control.
