摘要
目的对一起工业探伤源丢失事故受照者进行细胞遗传学检查和辐射损伤评价。方法常规染色体畸变分析、CB微核率检测。结果38名受检者的染色体双+环平均畸变率明显高于自发畸变率,其中有2人受到过量照射。结论本次事故属于过量照射事故。
Objective To estimate radiation injury by cytogenetic analysis for the exposed individuals in a Lost Accident of ^75Se Radiation Source. Methods Conventional chromosome aberration analysis and Cyt-B micronuclei test. Results The frequencies of dicentrics and rings in 38 subjects are significantly higher than spontaneous frequency, in which 2 subjects suffered from overexposure. Conclusion This incident belongs to an overexposed accident.
