摘要
采用稀释 SO_3磺化甲苯工艺,研究了磺化温度,SO_3配气比,原料中水含量和二甲苯砜抑制剂等工艺因素对反应转化率,产物中甲苯磺酸异构体含量及副产物二甲苯砜含量的影响。在10℃,SO_3浓度为6%(volume)的操作条件下,二甲苯砜为抑制剂,甲苯转化率达到35%(mass),反应产物中没有新增二甲苯砜,对甲苯磺酸含量达到88.24%,间甲苯磺酸含量降低到0.97%。
Reaction conditions of toluene sulfonation with gaseous SO3 were studied in order to establish optimum conditions. It was shown that reaction temperature, concentration of SO3 and water quantity in diluted gas were main factors which influenced toluene conversion, toluene sulfonicacid concentration and 4,4′-dimethyldiphenyl sulfone content. Under 10℃, concentration of SO3 6% (volume)and 4, 4′-dimethyldiphenyl sulfone as suppressant, sulfonation results showed that toluene conversion was 35%(mass), no more 4, 4′-dimethyldiphenyl sulfone was found, p-isomer mass fraction among three toluene sulfonic acid isomers was 88. 24%, m-isomer mass fraction was 0.97%.
