摘要
对蓝桉原料进行了分析试验,蓝桉1%NaOH抽出物中除了溶出热水抽提出的物质外,还可溶出部分木素、戊聚糖、己聚糖、树脂及糖醛酸等。通过5个试样的桉木模拟CTMP制浆废水提取试验,以及对所得废水的特性及CODcr及BOD5负荷进行分析测定,结果表明:NaOH用量的增加会使废水污染负荷加大。同时探讨了不同工艺条件对废水色度的影响关系,各组试验的色度值在4050~23600C.U.之间,色度值主要取决于NaOH的用量。
An analytical experiment on eucalyptus was carded out. Apart from the substances extracted by hot water, there were lignin, pentosan, hexosan, resin and uronic acid in 1% NaOH extracts. Experiments of simulation CTMP pulping effluent extraction with five samples of eucalyptus and the analysis and measurement of effluent characteristics and CODcr and BOD5 were carried out. The results show that the increase of NaOH dosage resulted in the increase of the pollution load of effluent. The influence of different technological conditions on the chroma of effluent was explored: the chromatic value of each group of tests were between 4050 and 23600 C.U. and the increase of chroma depends mainly on the increase of NaOH dosage.
