唐氏综合征快速PRINS基因诊断方法的研究 被引量：6

摘要 目的为建立唐氏综合征快速PRINS基因诊断方法。方法采用21号染色体α-卫星序列,并合成18bp的引物,在外周血淋巴细胞间期核中进行21号染色体的快速诊断。结果6例正常对照组外周血分裂间期淋巴细胞中显示两个明显的标记信号,10例典型21三体型唐氏综合征患者分裂间期淋巴细胞中均显示三个明显的标记信号。结论采用PRINS技术进行唐氏综合征的快速基因诊断是可行的。
