摘要
DDTC-Ag光度法测定氧化铋中的砷,通过对盐酸酸度、反应时间、显色体系放置时间、干扰元素试验和吸收液体积的选择,确定了氧化铋中痕量砷的分析方法.方法操作简单,精密度好,相对标准偏差RSD<1.69%(n=7),加标回收率为93%~98%,方法测定砷的线性范围为0.00~10.00μg,可以很好地满足科研与生产的要求.
The analytical method of trace arsenic by Silver Diethyldithiocarbamate Spectrophotometry in bismuth oxide is found by researching the influences of such factors as the acidity of hydrochloric acid, the times of reaction, the laying times of the coloration system, the interference elements and the volume of the adsorption liquid. The method, with high precision, is easy to operate, the RSD is found to be less than 1.69 % (n = 7). The recoveries range from 93% to 98% ,and the linear qualities of the arsenic range from 0.00 to 10.00μg.The determination is quite satisfied with the requirement of production and scientific research.
