我国废弃线路板的物理处理技术评述 被引量:15

摘要 废弃线路板具有数量大、潜在价值高和环境危害大等特点,使得废弃线路板的资源化具有重要的经济回收价值和环境保护意义。机械物理法处理废弃线路板具有投资小、运行成本低、二次污染少等特点,成为当前研究的重点。本文介绍了我国近几年发展起来的采用机械物理法处理废弃线路板的主要工艺,分析、比较了各种工艺的优缺点及其关键技术与设备,并提出按照回收物料综合效率和环境权重来评价回收效果的好坏。 Featuring huge amount, high potential economic value and great impact on environment, the reutilization of waste Printed Wiring Boards(PWBs) is of magnificent recovery value and environmental protection advantages. Physical treatments show great potential and advantages on discarded PWBs reutilization owing to its lower investment and operation cost, less secondary pollution, and have been the main research object of today. In this paper, the major physical processes for waste PWBs treatment developed in recent years were discussed. The advantages,disadvantages, key technologies as well as equipment of each process were analyzed and compared. Moreover, the paper recommended an.approach to evaluation of reutilization effect through integrated efficiency and weighted environment.
