摘要
将斜浅层发展并界定为矿浆斜窄(上升)流,按三维立体系统研究了其固粒沉降与分级过程,包括流宽对分级精度的关键作用.指出拉美拉设备为单元集成式结构,斜窄流设备也由元件、单体、组合体集成,经参数优化扩试推荐的斜窄流斜长、厚度及斜角的优选范围分别为:>1.2m、>30mm及45°~77.2°.该设备大规模工业应用已6年,钛铁矿选厂给矿浆的分级、锡选厂细粒锡石床选前的脱泥以及磷矿石闭路湿磨中的分级等,实现的单位占地产能平均为原有设备的4倍,分级质效率翻番.
Thin layer between parallel inclined plates is developed into and defined as tilting slender upflow (TSU) of ore pulp, of which particles settling and sizing process, involving vital effect of TSU width on sharp separation, is researched in three-dimensional system. It is claimed that Lamella settler is of an integrated components' design and TSU separator is also integrated by elements-cells-assemblages. Parameter selection scope is recommended based on pilot test : TSU length 〉 1.2m, thickness 〉 30mm and dip 45°~ 77.2°. Commercial large scale application of TSU sizing classifier has been six years, such as hydrosizing of feeding pulp at ilmenite plants, desliming ahead of fine cassiterite tabling at tin ore plants and sizing classification of phosphorus ore in wet closed grinding circuits, having achieved improved productivity per unit floor area and sharpness rate, in average, respectively four and two times of those made by the original equipment.
