摘要
目的:通过对HYS-Ⅱ型舰艇防冲击鞋的抗冲击性能测试,评估其防护效果。方法:测定穿防冲击鞋与制式军用皮鞋,在冲击机上模拟水面舰艇3个典型战位、1种炸药量、2种爆炸距离所产生冲击环境的抗冲击衰减率,评估其抗冲击效果。结果:舰艇防冲击鞋后跟部位加速度峰值的衰减率为24.6%-85.8%,平均加速度衰减率为34.2%-87.7%,衰减率随冲击输入脉宽的减小而逐渐增大。结论:HYS-Ⅱ型舰艇防冲击鞋具有良好的冲击防护作用,能有效地防止或减轻舰艇冲击伤的发生。
Objective: To evaluate the preventive effect of HYS- 2 through testing its shock- resistant performance. Methods: The shock- resistant effect of HYS- 2 was evaluated through the measurement of shock- attenuating rate with the following conditions in the shock machine, simulating 3 typical combat posts onboard the naval surface ships, an explosive charge and the shock induced by 2 distances of underwater blasts. The standard military leather shoes were used as control. Results: The attenuating rate of the peak value of acceleration at the heel of SYS- 2 varied between 24.6 % and 85.8 %. The attenuating rate of average acceleration was from 34.2 % to 87.7 %, and the attenuating rate increased with the decline of pulse input width of the shock. Conclusion: HYS- 2 shock- resistant shoes were quite effective to protect against or alleviate ship shock injury induced by underwater blast.
